Hoarding Cleanup prices
The price is set by home size (1 to 4+ bedrooms) and how full it is: Cluttered (up to 1 truckload hauled), Heavy (up to 2) or Severe (up to 3). It includes sorting, bagging, haul-away, dump fees and a full clean. You pay in full when you book, and if the job turns out easier than booked, we refund the difference. If the job needs more time or another truckload than you booked, we ask you first — nothing extra is ever charged without your OK.

No. We sort with you, item by item, into keep, donate and toss. Only what you agree to is removed.
Is it confidential?
Yes. The work is done discreetly and your details stay private. Tell us anything we should know in the booking notes or by phone.
How long does it take?
Most jobs take a full day or more depending on the size of the home and how full it is, so we recommend an early start time. You can book any start time from 8 AM to 7 PM.
What if I am not sure which level to choose?
Pick the closest match for the fullest room, or the higher level if unsure. If the job turns out easier than booked, we refund the difference.
Do you handle biohazards?
We do not offer biohazard cleaning (such as bodily fluids or sharps). Call us and we can talk through your situation.
