Pricing works the same as a deep clean: a base for the property size, a fixed price per room, and optional extras like inside the oven and fridge, which landlords often check. You see the full price, including 5% GST, before you pay.
Starts at $180 for up to 1,000 sq ft; larger spaces are priced by size when you book.
