Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Wood Buffalo Cleaning Company website and any cleaning services booked through it. By booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Booking & Payment

• Prices shown on our website are estimates based on the service, size, and add-ons you select, plus applicable GST.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is charged securely through Stripe.
• The remaining balance is due on the day of service.
• Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described at booking (for example, if the space is larger or in a different condition than indicated).

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Deposits for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refundable, at our discretion, since crew time is reserved specifically for your appointment.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with any part of your clean, let us know within 24 hours and we'll return to address it at no additional charge.

Access to the Property

You're responsible for providing our crew with safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time (keys, entry codes, or someone present to let us in). Delays caused by access issues may affect scheduling or incur additional charges.

Limitation of Liability

We carry insurance and take care in every job we perform. However, to the extent permitted by law, Wood Buffalo Cleaning Company is not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage arising from defects not reasonably discoverable during service. Please point out any fragile, valuable, or delicate items to our crew before service begins.

Website Use

This website and its content are provided for the purpose of learning about and booking our services. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to interfere with its normal operation or submitting false information through our booking forms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable within Alberta.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
